   I run cäsar gustav, a digital agency focused on ecommerce and healthcare. I have led teams of nearly 20 people and work on agency operations, project and budget planning, and technology decisions with key clients. I help our team and clients use AI in their everyday work. I still build software myself, mainly with PHP, Laravel, APIs, and system integrations.

   I led a six-person web development team, supported colleagues through training and technical guidance, and developed our ecommerce platform. I also worked with key clients on projects for pharmacies and the healthcare sector.
